Forced Vengeance - Chuck Norris (1982) - Ocean Terminal, Tsim Sha Tsui
I've not seen too many films made up here, at least not on the car park (with the exception of this one), so it's nice that the film makers came here and shot on what I regard as one of the best vantage points to see the harbour (despite the lack of glamour associated with a car park).

Yes, it's a great spot and one I always make sure to visit when I'm in Hong Kong. And as you say, it's barely changed at all (unlike the inside of Ocean Terminal) -- the biggest change externally is that the ads on the sign are all different now.
One enduring memory of Ocean Terminal's car park for me is that once or twice a year, my parents would drive us to Tsim Sha Tsui and park the car on the top floor -- and when we came back a couple of hours later the seatbelts would be hot enough to cause an instant blister if you didn't air the car out for a few minutes before getting in. ;-)
Ouch! I guess that's HK summer heat for you. Actually, this place is familiar to Bruce Lee fans because he did a famous photoshoot up here for the inhouse magazine of Golden Harvest.
The final fight for Jackie Chan's Gorgeous was also shot there.
