As the narrator discusses the handover of Macau to China, the camera focuses on the "Friendship Statue" located on Largo da Companhia de Jesus at the foot of the steps leading up to the St Paul's facade. There's nothing particulary outstanding about the statue/sculpture, it's just a girl and a boy exchanging a lotus flower. I think the symbolism speaks for itself.
