I've started to upload snippets, movies and TV shows to my Youtube channel. Nothing major but you may find the odd film I have covered on the blog over there (depending on the copyright limitations). It's a useful placeholder for the many items I have collected over the years and possibly, in some cases, the sole online source (until someone takes a copy and re-uploads somewhere else). For example, Blade in Hong Kong was bought by me on VHS, and then transferred into digital by a dude down in Sham Shui Po. No online copy existed before I uploaded to Youtube and made it accessible to everyone. More will come over time, but some are restricted by copyright. For example, I have copies of Men of the Dragon, Narazumono and Yellow Emanuelle sitting uploaded in my account but YouTube has blocked them all. So I will upload what I can, when I can.
This hopefully also helps with another major issue I have had over the years - broken video links. Many times in the past I have pasted links to films featured on the blog, only to see the account and video disappear a short while later. A good example of this is Desperate Mission. The account I found it on originally (and linked to) is now gone, but luckily I had downloaded a copy and have reuploaded to my own account.

I deleted my Twitter account a while back. It was only really a place holder account for autoposting and I never really went on there much. However, I have shifted to Bluesky, so you can find me there if you want to interact: https://bsky.app/profile/hkmovielocations.bsky.social
