Aberdeen Harbour proper now as Rex (Tim Thomerson) and Charlie (Kristie Phillips) are taken along the western breakwater in an attemptto disguise them from the pursuing helicopter. The Dairy Farm Cold Storage facilities in the background are still around. The usual cat-and-mouse chase, in and around the floating community, takes place before everything moves back to land.

That Daniel Wu on the left? He played Bruce Lee once. Was it in a HK tv show?
it's not the Daniel Wu I know - think this movie is a bit before his time - but funnily enough I can't find a credit for this dude.

Spirit of the Dragon (龍在江湖 李小龍傳奇) is a Hong Kong TV series based on famous martial artist Bruce Lee. The 30 episode series was released on ATV in 1992. Seem at least some of the episodes are on youtube.
Aha ( not in the style of Alan Partridge), looks like you found him. Nice. It's weird, lesser roles in that film received a credit so I don't understand why he didn't.
