Agent Z-55 manages to evade the police on land and steal a boat from the end of Paterson Street. I didn't recognise the road initially but was able to identify it thanks to the metal arch above the gate (image 5) which has the Chinese name of the street - 百德新街. Looking at old maps there was a small pier here with a navigation beacon at the end marked as "P.P 45". In the film it quite obviously says "Private Pier" so that would explain the P.P., but I wonder who owned it? It looks as though it had gone by 1970, that whole area is no longer waterfront.
The buildings in the background of the images are all still around. In the last two images, on the right, is Riviera Mansion - it still has its red/white colour scheme - and on the left we can see Prospect and Welcome Mansions. Weirdly, the buildings appear to be in better condition today than they were back then, but that might just be the image quality.
Please feel free to share if you are old enough to remember when they allowed parking down the middle of the street.

I Come With The Rain - Josh Hartnett (2009) - Paterson Street, Causeway Bay
Speaking of Paterson Street, at various points we are shown a sort of religiously inspired street character who plays a significant role towards the end of the film. In the following scene though he is lying on the floor in one of the alleyways separating Causeway Bay Mansion and Towning Mansion, along Paterson Street, and as he looks up the open sky forms a cross shape. The first image below shows the view down the southern end of Paterson Street from just by Kingston Street.

Heisser Hafen Hongkong - Horst Frank (1962) - Yee Wo Street, Causeway Bay
One of many in-car scenes where identification can be difficult and not always worth it due to the very small amount of the location that can be seen, but anyway, this one was easy because of the Paterson Street sign in the background. This means the car was travelling eastbound on Yee Wo Street.
I wonder if the cream- coloured building with the street sign on it is the same one Thomas identified in this post from Shirley's World. He mentioned is was the Dairy Farm depot. That location is about 50 yards down the street from this junction so it might be the same building.

Shirley's World (TV Series) - Shirley MacLaine (1972) - Kingston Street, Causeway Bay
Shirley gets a cab to go and see the band she wants to photograph and they are rehearsing at a club along Kingston Street in Causeway Bay. The building she goes into (with the lights on the last screen shot) is Hamilton Mansion. The residential buildings around this area were all built in the early to mid-60's.
The building with the HSBC branch in it is Causeway Bay Mansion and at the far end of the road (see first screencap) you can see Fairview Mansion (and a quick glimpse of Hyde Park Mansion if you look carefully) along Paterson Street. All of these buildings are still around, if a little tidier and with the ground floor units taken up by designer goods stores.
