La Fine Dell'innocenza - Annie Belle (1976) - Peak Road, Midlevels
Annie goes for another jolly on a motorbike, this time with her new found friend, Cheng (Charlie Chan Yiu-lam). They stop off at what appears to be Peak Road (it could be Bowen Road, but I feel the elevation here is more in line with Peak Road than Bowen Road - corrections/opinions welcome) above Central, but looking over Wanchai - before all the highrises started to obscure the view.

Hi Phil,
That seems to fit the line of site between the former Peak Tower and the Excelcior. But that may also be somewhere lower than Victoria Gap at the Peak. The second capture has a knoll between the two characters, bearly to be seen. That maybe the one below the lower section of Peak Road west of Wanchai Gap. That would make the location somewhere west of Magazine Gap. May on Barker Road or some of the smaller roads branching off from Barker Road?

Hi Thomas. Yes, definitely west of Wanchai gap. If you line uo the CWB shelter breakwaters with Anderson quarry area in the background, the rough alignment is around where Peak Road loops to the north of Cameron Mansions. Phil
