Felicity - Glory Annen (1978) - Great George Street, Causeway Bay
Another lost venue that was extremely popular in the day was he Pearl and Jade cinemas along Great George Street. Actually, the building they were in is still there and hasn't changed too much, it's the Pearl City Mansion building on the corner of Paterson Street. Those steps in the last image are still pretty much as they were.

Hi Phil,
They have installed Escalators on the steps, one on each side. I could not recall when, but likely sometime after the Jade & Pearl cinemas folded and before the previous MCL cinemas started. Cafe de Coral got hold of the lease of most of the eateries under the current cinemas there these days.
