Black Cobra Woman - Laura Gemser (1976) - Leighton Road, Causeway Bay

As a treat for his new charge, Judas (Jack Palance) buys her a car - a brand new Mercedes convertible - and the brother, Julius, takes her out for a spin in it. When we first see the car it is parked on Sun Wui Road right where it meets Leighton Road. The angular building on the other side of the road is Bonaventure House and it's still there with its angular corner. I am guessing that the Mercedes dealership used to be in there because there looks to be a large Merc symbol stuck to the side of the building behind the lamppost. Just behind that you can just make out the original Lee Theatre building with its roof dome - the current version of the building (opened in 1991) has tried to pay homage to the original by including a roof top dome but you really have to crane your next to see it given the current building's height.

DOA: Dead or Alive - Devon Aoki (2006) - Percival Street, Causeway Bay

One of the main characters, Christie (Holly Valance), gets her invite to the tournament as she is escaping from the HK Police on a motorbike. As she makes her escape, she drives down a road with a single tram line. There aren't too many places where the tram lines go single in HK so this was an easy find. It's Percival Street. Confirmation can be seen by the presence of the Lee Theatre Building in the background - or at least the 2006 version of it, it's had a bit of an update since then.

Forced Vengeance - Chuck Norris (1982) - Tung Lo Wan Road, Causeway Bay

A latecomer from this film (this always seems to happen - a late identification) which involves part of the chase scene when Chuck and the gang get off the ferry and walk the streets. The problem is that despite the fact that they have boarded the ferry on HK-side and get off Kowloon Side, all of a sudden we are back HK-side looking at the corner of Tung Lo Wan Road where it intersects with Causeway Road/Leighton Road.

I've had to go back a couple of years inside GoogleMaps to find a decent picture because the current one shows the building in scaffolding with the neon signs removed. But go back a couple of years and we get the following view.

Look carefully and you can see that in 2011 (when this picture was taken) the neon sign that says PALWA in the film grab was still in evidence - albeit with a different business name inside the sign. But the outside shape is the same double parallelogram shape. The business with the pink neon signs is also still listed at the same address. The big characters actually say "通惠" (Tung Wai) and related to the lighting shop underneath who's full name was: 通惠電業公司 (you can just make out the name on the shop in the film). These days it seems to have adopted an English version.
